2. Legal basis and purposes of processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:
- Contact form – under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – contact with a prospective client). Data: full name, email address, phone number, message content.
- Analytics and advertising – Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are currently not enabled. Enabling them would require updating this information on data processing and obtaining the appropriate consent through the cookie banner.
- Legal obligations – under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, for example issuing invoices.
3. Cookies
The site stores your privacy choice in the browser's localStorage (this is not a cookie). Forms are protected by hCaptcha. The GA4 and Meta cookies listed below relate to planned analytics and advertising; these tools are currently not enabled.

In the banner you can accept all optional cookies or open the settings. The “Essential only” button opens a dialog with the optional categories switched off; confirm with “Save essential only”, or adjust the categories and choose “Save choice”. Analytics and advertising can be selected separately. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer. You can also clear the data stored in your browser through its settings.
Messages from the form are handled by Formspree; form data is passed to that provider in order to deliver your enquiry. hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) protects the forms against spam and processes technical device and interaction data. Provider information: Formspree and hCaptcha.
4. Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 is currently not enabled. The intended purpose is to analyse traffic and site performance once analytics consent is given. Provider information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Analytics identifiers may constitute personal data; analytics should not be treated as fully anonymous.
5. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
Meta Pixel is currently not enabled. The intended purpose is to measure the performance of Facebook/Instagram ads once advertising consent is given. Provider information: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only to entities that ensure an adequate level of data protection, in particular on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission. This applies to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access – you may request information about the personal data we process (Article 15 GDPR).
- Right to rectification – you may ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR).
- Right to erasure – you may request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”) if there is no legal basis for processing it (Article 17 GDPR).
- Right to restriction of processing – in certain cases you may request that processing of your data be restricted (Article 18 GDPR).
- Right to data portability – you may receive your data in a structured format (Article 20 GDPR).
- Right to object – you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).
- Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint – you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).

8. Retention period
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the limitation period of any related claims (up to 3 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.
9. Data security
We apply technical and organisational data protection measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access control and regular security reviews.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. We will signal material changes by updating the date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review its content from time to time.
